The founder of BriarTac communities was a sharecropper’s son who never owned a home during his formative years. He envisioned, and later learned, that housing was critical to a better way of life.
 
In furtherance of our founder’s vision, BriarTac continues to provide, as it has done for nearly 40 years, affordable housing to those wishing to live in Wake County.

 
BriarTac is a multi-generational family owned and operated business that supports causes and organizations in Wake County that provide food, shelter and clothing through: Wake Alliance, Angel Fund and the Methodist Home For Children.
