Apex Mobile Estates is a wooded community with 97 lots off of James Street in the heart of Apex proper. It is located on Stephenson Rd which lies between Sunset Lake Rd and State Highway Ten Ten. Kilt Valley is a 28 lot community set among rolling hills and beautiful mature wooded areas. It is located off of Kildaire Farm Rd close to Cary. All of our communities are convenient to shopping, entertainment, medical facilities and major interstate highways.
